The call for session proposals remains open until 15 August for the SETAC Europe 27th Annual Meeting, which will be held from 7–11 May 2017 in Brussels, Belgium. Brussels is not only the vibrant capital of Belgium but also the center of European environmental decision-making, which will create unique opportunities to connect SETAC members (and their science) with environmental policy. This meeting will offer (eco)toxicology, environmental and human exposure, risk assessment and management, environmental engineering, policy and economics, and life cycle assessment topics, with the overall theme being “Environmental Quality Through Trans-Disciplinary Collaboration.” We are currently calling to submit proposals for sessions along eight parallel tracks. For the first time in Europe, one of the tracks specifically calls for fundamentally new concepts and novel or even controversial ideas. We look forward to receiving your creative and timely session proposals, which will contribute to building an undoubtedly inspiring scientific program for #SETACBrussels.
