Please Help Us Promote the Global Horizon Scanning Project

Bryan Brooks, Baylor University, Gary Ankley, USEPA , Alistair Boxall and Murray Rudd, University of York

As you  might know, SETAC is conducting a novel global horizon scanning project.  We would be grateful for your assistance in promoting a web-based solicitation of research questions that, if answered, would substantially advance our understanding of stresses to sustainable environmental quality.

Please click here to access the solicitation. In most cases, the submission will require no more than 10 minutes to complete.  Please also forward the link and information about the solicitation to your colleagues and encourage them to submit their questions. Questions submitted via this website will be synthesized by a team of public, private, academic and non-profit sector experts into ma list of the top research priorities of relevance to North America.

A recent survey focused on Africa. North America and Middle East surveys were just launched. Future surveys will focus on Asia/Pacific, Europe and Latin America in the coming months. These questions will be disseminated to the policy, industry, and scientific communities.

All responses to the solicitation will be strictly confidential.

If you have any questions about this exercise, please do not hesitate to contact us!
